Jayme Taylor (6-4, 230) SB
NU fans should get excited about Taylor playing superback for the Cats. He has a lot of similar qualities to what we see with current superback Dan Vitale but he’s much bigger. Taylor supports a six feet-four inch frame that could support even more than his current weight. Taylor has an ability to just get open out of the slot. He’s big enough to line up out wide if needed but he could be a very difficult match up for any safety. He moves well for a guy his size and has good hands but could improve slightly in consistency. Taylor’s biggest area of improvement is blocking, but that will come with technique and weight he puts on. Taylor and Vitale could drive secondaries crazy for the next few years.
