Monday, Oct. 29

What: Knockout Autism with the Northwestern University Basketball Teams

When: 8 to 10 p.m.

Where: SPAC

Cost: $5 in advance, $7 at the door

Play basketball with the Men’s and Women’s Basketball teams, and win gift cards to places like Cheesie’s and Buffalo Wild Wings. Proceeds go to Autism Speaks U.

Tuesday, Oct. 30

What: Contemporary Music Ensemble: Unlocking Cage

When: 7:30 to 9:30 p.m.

Where: Pick-Staiger Concert Hall

Cost: $4 for students and $6 for the public

Conducted by Timothy Robblee, the Contemporary Music Ensemble performs music influenced by John Cage.

The Arts Alliance presents the musical version of “Legally Blonde” at the McCormick Auditorium. The show runs Nov. 1 through Nov. 3 at various times.
