Man charged with disobedience to police

Evanston Police arrested a man Sunday morning in connection with disobedience to police.

Police responded to a suspicious person call and found the 27-year-old stumbling in the street in the 2200 block of Dempster Street, Polinski said. Police gave the man verbal commands, but he appeared intoxicated and did not comply, Polinski added.

The man will appear in court April 6.
