Wine and Chocolate Tasting
Wine Styles, 1741 Sherman Ave., will host pre-Valentine’s day wine and chocolate nights Friday and Saturday from 6 to 8 p.m. Attendees can taste a variety of red, white and bubbly wines along with chocolates ranging from white to dark and truffles. The event is $10 for members, $15 for non-members.
Zumba with Suzy Crawford and Iida Borges
Spend Valentine’s Day working out to Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow dance moves with Suzy and Iida’s Club Zumba love and fire-themed event. Men get in free for the nightclub-style event, which will be held at Evanston SPACE, 1245 Chicago Ave.. Tickets are $12 in advance and $15 at the door. The doors open at 6:30 p.m. and the party starts at 7 p.m.
The Yoga of Love
The Heaven Meets Earth Yoga Studio, 2746 Central Street will hold a Valntine’s Day event Friday 7 to 9 p.m. . The instructors will introduce a step-by-step process to establish the peace and harmony essential to connect with a significant other as well as an intimate self-connection. The event is $20 per person and $30 per couple.
Date Night at Now We’re Cookin’
Now We’re Cookin’, 1601 Payne St., will host a couple’s cooking class event in its state-of-the-art demonstration/event studio Saturday night between 7 and 9:30 p.m. The cost is $120 per couple.
