And snow it begins…

The snow began falling around 9 p.m. on Monday night. (Becky Olles / The Hourly)

As the snow falls from the sky and the wind blows it directly into your eyes, pull out your 5th grade snow day superstition tactics! In case you forgot:

1. Wear your pajamas inside out

2. Put ice cubes in your toilet

3. Perform a snow dance (slight difference from the rain dance)

4. Evidently, some people on the World Wide Web believe that if you finish your homework you will have a snow day. (No wonder why NU has not had a snow day in decades)

5. Pretend like you’re not expecting a snow day

What were some of your snow day superstitions?

Oh and don’t forget to attend BLIZZARD on Facebook. http://www.facebook.com/#!/event.php?eid=126341710769018
