It’s official: The Wildcats are in a slump.
Having lost four of its last six games, Northwestern has gone from the No. 14, 7-1 Cats to the unranked, 9-5 Cats with a 1-2 conference record. Just as discomforting to NU is the two game goalless streak that has led to two-straight 1-0 decisions to top-25 opponents, No. 14 Indiana and No. 17 Illinois-Chicago.
